Dr. Ryosuke Okuno, Sunghyun Ko (PhD student), and Barlas Sevindik (PhD student) attended the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition 2025 held at Houston, Texas last October 20-22, 2025.

Barlas presented a research titled, “Impact of Wettability on CO2 Plume Migration and Trapping: Sand-tank Experimentation and Modeling” during the conference.

Sunghyun presented in the Student Paper Contest with his research titled, “Aqueous Solution of 3-Pentanone for Enhanced Oil Recovery in Texas Shale Reservoirs”.
