Biography
Sultan Dwier is a a Ph.D. student in the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Kuwait University. He earned a second Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. Sultan started working with Professor Ryosuke Okuno since 2025.
